Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken

Wet mix - bowl #2
1 Egg
3 T Milk

Dry mix - bowl #1
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1 t Oregano - dried
1 t Paprika
1 t Pepper

2 T Butter - melted

Prepare chicken, dip in wet mix then in dry mix. Place on a greased pan so the chicken doesn't touch. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.

Serve over pasta and marinara sauce.
