Basmati Rice

{Because I want to remember this forever, because I just made it and it's AMAZING! So light, so fluffy, so much wanted for the future here is the recipe cooking instructions on the basmati rice container}

Soak for 20 minutes:
1 cup of rice
1 3/4 cups of water
1 tbsp of oil (extra virgin live oil)
pinch of salt

After soaking, rinse rice 2 times then put in rice cooker with 2 cups of water.
Add black pepper if desired, or lime juice.
