Food

I bought some new cooking utilizes yesterday, including an awesome knife with which I cut up all this chicken. It's kind of annoying to do right after coming home from shopping, but it lasts forever in the freezer and when you need it it's all measured out and quick to thaw (about 10 mins in a sink of hot water). I don't really like leftovers when there is an option for something new everyday. Thus, this:

Cut it, bag it & tag it, then freeze it.
Over the last few days I have been not just making my dinner meals picture worthy, but lunch and breakfast too.

Grilled cheese: cinnamon & raisin bread with Swiss cheese. - From my biggest loser cookbook.

I like adding cinnamon to my eggs, so good!

Here's tonight's dinner.

Chicken Scaloppini and friends.
I clean up the kitchen only to mess it up and repeat that a few times every day.

PS: A serving size of chicken in about 3 ounces and it's a good idea for there to be more veggies and fruits on your plate than anything else.

Who would have ever thought that I would like cooking so much?
