German Pancake

The taste and consistency of this kinds reminds me of cream puff inners. It's really good with syrup, or on a breakfast sandwich. It also may be good with onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc... mixed in. It gets really puffy in the oven, but will go flat once it cools.


1c Flour
1c Milk
5-6 Eggs
1/2t Salt
1/2cube Butter

Mix all ingredients and pour in baking pan. Drizzle butter over the top and bake for 25 minutes @400 degrees.
