I made this for dinner tonight. The actual recipe has measurements, but I know how much I like stuff so I just put in what I wanted.
1/2T Oil
Onions - chopped
Mushrooms - sliced
Chicken - cubed
1t Thyme
Garlic - chopped
Orzo
2-3t Chicken bullion
1/2 Parmesan cheese
Parsley - fresh
In the skillet/frying pan:
Heat the oil. Add the onions and mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes. Add chicken. Cook for a few minutes. Add thyme and garlic. Cook till chicken is all the way done.
Meanwhile in a pot:
Cook the orzo as directed in water and chicken bullion. Drain when cooked.
Combine the pasta and skillet mix. Stir. Add Parmesan cheese and parsley leaves. Stir. Enjoy.
